The pool is swim-able although plumping pipes for the water fall and the stamped concrete still need to be done. Then there is the landscaping. Should be a great summer project if I can stand the heat. So far we've had wonderful weather. 80 degree although, my local friends tell me it's very unusual...they say normally its high 80s to 90. :)
